This opportunity is ideal for a freelance marketing professional, graphic designer, social-media specialist, or digital-content creator who enjoys creating polished visual content for professional audiences. The successful candidate will work remotely and independently, with flexibility to manage their own schedule while meeting agreed-upon deliverables and deadlines.

The Opportunity

Ojasvi Group is seeking an independent contractor to create engaging digital flyers, social-media graphics, captions, and related marketing content that promote our services, job opportunities, business initiatives, and brand.

You will collaborate with the Ojasvi Group team to understand campaign objectives and convert business ideas into professional, visually compelling content. The role will involve recurring social-media and graphic-design work, together with occasional ad hoc marketing projects as business needs arise.

This is an independent-contractor engagement and not an employment position. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing their own work schedule, tools, business operations, and applicable tax obligations. Work will be completed remotely, subject to agreed timelines, deliverables, brand standards, and approval requirements.

What You’ll Do

• Create professional digital flyers, promotional graphics, recruitment visuals, and other marketing materials for Ojasvi Group.

• Develop engaging social-media posts, graphics, and captions that promote Ojasvi Group’s services, job opportunities, events, announcements, and business initiatives.

• Adapt creative content for relevant platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other channels as required.

• Translate campaign goals, business information, and internal requests into clear, visually appealing, audience-appropriate content.

• Assist with developing and maintaining a social-media content calendar.

• Prepare content for review, scheduling, and publication in accordance with Ojasvi Group’s brand and approval process.

• Ensure all materials are accurate, well written, visually consistent, and free of spelling, formatting, or design errors.

• Maintain consistency in Ojasvi Group’s visual identity, messaging, tone, and use of approved branding elements.

• Propose creative ideas, content themes, campaign concepts, and relevant social-media trends that may support Ojasvi Group’s growth.

• Organize and maintain approved templates, editable files, brand assets, graphics, and marketing materials in shared locations as directed.

• Collaborate remotely with Ojasvi Group contacts to clarify requirements, receive feedback, and deliver completed work on schedule.

• Support additional marketing, branding, recruitment-marketing, communications, or content-related projects as mutually agreed.

What We’re Looking For

• Demonstrated experience creating digital marketing content, social-media graphics, flyers, promotional materials, or related visual communications.

• A portfolio, website, social-media profile, or work samples that demonstrate relevant design and content-creation experience.

• Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Express, Adobe Creative Cloud, or comparable design and content-creation tools.

• A strong eye for design, including layout, typography, spacing, colour, branding, and visual storytelling.

• Strong written communication skills, including the ability to create concise, engaging, and professional social-media captions.

• Familiarity with LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and best practices for adapting content across platforms.

• Experience supporting a professional-services, recruitment, consulting, business-to-business, or corporate brand is an asset.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing polished, accurate work.

• The ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and meet agreed deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• A proactive, reliable, and collaborative professional approach.

• The ability to work remotely from anywhere in Canada.

• Access to the computer equipment, internet connection, software, and tools required to perform the services.

Engagement Details

• This is a part-time, independent-contractor opportunity with Ojasvi Group.

• The engagement is remote and open to candidates located anywhere in Canada.

• Working hours are flexible; however, the successful contractor must be able to meet mutually agreed deliverables and deadlines.

• The anticipated workload may vary based on business needs, campaigns, hiring activity, and marketing priorities.

• Compensation will be discussed with selected candidates and may be structured as an hourly rate, monthly retainer, project-based fee, or a combination of these approaches.

• The contractor will be expected to invoice Ojasvi Group for services provided in accordance with the agreed engagement terms.

• Ojasvi Group may provide brand guidelines, project briefs, feedback, and approval of final materials. The contractor will retain responsibility for determining the method, schedule, tools, and workflow used to deliver the agreed services.
