The Opportunity
We are seeking motivated Business Development Contractors to help us grow our Talent Enrichment practice. This is a flexible, commission-only role — perfect for individuals with strong community connections, networking skills, or experience in sales, recruitment, or career services.

What You’ll Do

• Identify individuals who would benefit from our Talent Enrichment packages.

• Introduce and promote services in a professional, client-centered way.

• Guide interested prospects through the sign-up process.

• Maintain basic tracking of outreach and results.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Comfortable networking in newcomer, graduate, or professional communities.

• Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently.

• Prior sales, business development, or recruitment experience is an asset but not required.

Compensation

• This is a commission-only position with competitive payouts per client onboarded.

• Earnings are directly tied to performance, with attractive income potential.

• Full commission structure will be shared with shortlisted candidates.
